While it is important to go outside and take a little walk every now and then, one must always remember to be home before dark.

This video was one of my first attempts at motion graphics. All the shadowy figures we see were made in Clip Studio Paint and animated in After Effects. In one of my video production classes, I choose to make a short horror video. So, I filmed in a nearby suburban neighborhood at different times of the day to try to capture how many people would feel when going out for a walk during the day versus at night. I was quite new to the keyframe animation at the time, so I kept my animations simple in order to learn about and eventually develop my own workflows.
